Jorge De Lara is a life
long artist,
Born in
Manhattan, South Florida "Cuban" raised native is one of the
KC areas Newest, most
passionate artist whose Caribbean Afro-Cuban roots naturally
explode off his canvas into colorful expressions
capturing sports, culture, nature or beautiful
life in twisted visions of random expressionism.
A
strong passion for community, the ultimate
creature of his environment, it shows in works seen
in select US galleries and throughout the world
on
www.JorgeDelaraStudios.com
www.BaseballArtistry.com and
Fine Art America worldwide.
I bring Big Ideas to my new KC
Arts Community with a wealth of art event
creating experience, showing as well as curating
Art Shows and exhibitions during Art Basel
International in Miami.
A
Solo Exhibition during the Miami All-Star game
titled : Baseball Artistry was a wonderful
experience.
My Strong belief in the power of the arts,
having been an active participant in starting
art walks and festivals such as
Viernes
Culturales.org in Miami, seeing first hand
what Art can bring to a community, I hope to help
bring some of that type of Impactful Cultural, Artistic
Expression and vision to my new community. In the works are
